* I am happy to make adjustments to the charms! If you would like more or less links on a certain charm just let me know in the personalization box.

Since each item is made to order, according to your preferences, all purchases are final sale. We are not able to accept cancellations, returns or exchanges. Please be sure you are selecting the correct size and/or color options before placing your order.

Production Times

Every piece of jewelry I sell is made to order. My current production time is 3 - 4 weeks. The time it takes me to make your item does not include shipping times. If you choose priority mail at checkout this does not change my production time. I am currently not accepting requests to have the production of your order rushed.

Shipping Times

The length of shipping will vary depending on where you live. Packages shipped with USPS First class mail typically arrive in 3 - 5 days to locations within the U.S, and 11 - 20 days to Canada.
